The SHA sent a survey to its member minor hockey associations in regard to Recruitment and Retention.  A number of associations responded and gave their take.  We have compiled their responses into a single document which can be found below.

The SHA is hopeful that some of the responses will assist other associations in finding ways to grow the game in their communties. 

We are sure that there are more creative associations out there who have come up with successful recruitment and retention ideas that could assist communities across the province.
