Jessica Campbell (Melville, SK, 2nd year with Cornell University) was named to Team Canada’s U22 team. U22 Team Canada and Jessica Campbell finished with bronze at the Mecco Cup which wrapped up over the weekend. Team Canada went 3-2 in the championship, losing in overtime to Sweden on Saturday, before Finland taking the game in a shoot out on Sunday. Jessica Campbell, from Melville, finished the championship with 3 points (2 goals and 1 assist). Canada is the lone team with an under-22 roster at the annual tournament, previously known as the MLP Cup. Other countries have entered senior women's teams.
